Max's Story -- Department of Foreign Affairs
From 1977 until 1997 Max Reid worked with the Department of Foreign Affairs International Trade promoting Canadian aerospace and defence products around the world.
Max was one of the most knowledgeable officers on the Canada/US Defence Development and Production Sharing Agreements and worked continuously over two decades supporting Canadian industry and the common Defence Industrial Base. Max's long service to Canada was recognized by the government when he was awarded the Order of Military Merit of Canada.
